We deliver anywhere in New Zealand. From big cities to small towns, your treats will arrive right at your door.

How do I receive my order?
All orders are delivered straight to your home. We are an online-only store, so there’s no in-store pick-up available.

How are the cookies and brownies packaged?
Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat-sealed to lock in freshness. Brownies are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safe and intact.

How much does shipping cost?
All standard orders have a flat shipping rate of $9.99 across New Zealand.
Wholesale, corporate, and event orders have different shipping costs.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered Tuesday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 days once your order is placed. South Island deliveries may take an extra day.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched from our bakery, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email, so you can see exactly when your treats will arrive.
